I am using the FP 2003 search form component. The properties dialog box for
the component is of the type that would indicate that Indexing Service is not
installed. There for FP should be using its own text index.

My web site is on a virtual server (multi-hosting) environment. The problem
is that searches return not only pages from my own web site but, also pages
from other web sites on the same server.

I've tried numerous possible entries in the "Word list to search" field of
the properties dialog box. Recalculating hyperlinks each time and after
having opened the site live (via http://website). But, the results always
include pages from other sites on the same server.

Does anyone know of a possible solution to limit the searches to only my web
site.

Thanks,
Keith

Have you verified with your host that they are *not* using indexing service?

This means the you web host has not created a Index Catalog for your site/account. FP only uses
Index Server when hosted on a Windows IIS web server, if available. Under Unix/Linux it will use the
WAIS search engine.
