What process is the user currently using to signing up?
Is server-side scripting and a database involved?

currently we do not have a process for signing up.
We just have an email list and send it. So there is no
server-side scripting and a database involved.

Then the only option is to have users send you an email (complete a form) to remove them from your
subscription list.
