I keep getting the same error message when checking my server extensions.
" Server Administration Program and Server Extensions on web serveer are not
compatible. Administration program is too old to use." I really stupped.
Any Help would be greatly apreciated.

Try this: Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Microsoft
SharePoint Administrator

It brings up a web based FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 Server
Administration page.

I am also having the same problem. I am running Windows 2000 server and FP
2003. I have tried to use the share point services to configure the
extesions but that doens't work either. I have uninstalled, reinstalled,
followed all kinds of things on the internet and I cannot get the server
extensions to work. Would some one please post a list of items to follow to
get this to work. This is getting really flustering. I can't find a single
solution anywhere.

1. Un-install IIS and the FP extensions

2. Re-install IIS and the FP2000 extensions from the Windows 2000 CD.

3. Re-apply ALL Windows updates/service packs.

4. Test accessing the default web via http://ipaddress or http://machinename in both the browser and
via FP File Menu | Open Site. If you can not access the default web at this point, DO NOT upgrade
until you can do so.

5. Make sure the extensions work before you attempt upgrade to the FP2002 extensions.
