Frontpage Server Extensions

| Hi there
Hope someone can help with a nagging problem. I have created a Website and
used a hosting company called www.bargainhost.co.uk
I have a feedback form on my site which doesnt work. They told me they had
to reset the FP extensions. When they did this however it knocked out my
themes,links and borders. When I re published the site again it cancelled out
the feedback page. I am going mad with this.
Surely if a hosting company says it has frontpage server extensions all I
should have to do is publish the site via the frontpage upload facility.
Please help.

Thanks for your reply.
I lost patience with bargainhost and at a cost to me transferred to
easily.co.uk.
It now works perfectly. Is there a website or some information for me to
understand exactly what frontpage server extensions are. Im baffled.
