Blocking the Website Upload to server

| When uploading the website the message "error occurred accessing your windows
sharepoint services" pops up. I checked the sharepoint management service and
all looks good. Please, could anyone with a clue help me.

| Did you check the event logs and server logs on the remote server?

| Yes, I did but no relevant info to the failure, in the event logs were found.
I did uploaded once without a problem.
