FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows - Internet Guess Account user permissions?

Internet Guess Account user permissions?

I have my form working but I wont to make sure I have this right.

In order for someone on the internet to fill out my FrontPage Extensions
Form, what permissions does the Internet Guess Account IUSR_DZR001 user have
to have???

It seems to me to get it to work I have to give it "Read & Execute", "List",
"Read", and "Write".

I just want to make sure that is correct since security is suppose to be so
important.
