Cannot install FPSE 2002 On Windows 2003 Server

| Hi;
I am trying to install FPSE 2002 on Windows 2003 server standard.. Kb 825489
article says not to download and install it from the web but to use the
supplied version on the OS CD.
When I try to use the add / remove windows components wizard and to select
Frontpage Server Extensions 2002 it asks for the Service pack 1 CDROM ( no
other description), so I click browse - it is looking for a file called
genset.htm or genset.ht_ ??
Can anyone provide the corect path on the OS CD to the installation file?
Also, I seem to remember there was a reg key that can fix my installation
source back to the correct setting..
TIA - Any help is appreciated.

| Uninstall SP 1, then try installing the FPSE from the Windows 2003 CD, if you still have a problem,
then remove and re-install IIS with the FPSE, then re-install SP1 after you have made sure that IIS
and the FPSE work FIRST.
