Installing Front Page Extensions gives timeout

Hi,

I have front page extensions installed on a Win2k3 server with IIS 6.0.
Now when i try to configure the server extensions on a website that has
more that 30 MB of data it takes too much of time and it even gives the
timeout error.

Question:
1. is there any limitation on the data on which we can re-install the
server extensions.
2. is there any configuration/changes that I can make to fix it?

any pointers/links to the solution of above problem will be helpful.
