Have to remove/reinstall exensions to access iis6 from fp2003

I have iis 6 on Windows 2003 SBS. When I try to access a website on it from
fp2003 on XP Pro I have to remove fp extensions and then re-extend the web
site. If I don't do this I get the following error message:

"server error: error 5 opening registry key Software\classes\.3gpp"

It looks like the server can't access the registry for some reason.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
