Adding user accounts
|

| Using FP Server Ext 2002, I am trying to add user accounts. The message I
get is: account can not be created due to quota limitations. Maximum number
of accounts for virtual server reached. Contact Admin to increase quota.
The quota is listed as "0" and I have no clue on how to change this. Can
anyone suggest anything?

| Has anyone any idea on how to "fix" this issue? I really could use the help!

| Yes, I am. I contacted my hosting company which suggested I uninstall then
reinstall the FP extentions. That didn't change anything.

| I'm a little confused. If you are the server admin, where does your hosting
company fit it? Do you have physical access to the server, or do they?

| I guess I'm confused too. I'm a bit new to all of this, so my words might
not be right. It is my website, built with FP2003 & hosted at "go
daddy.com".

| CG:
Server admin normally means the person who administers all aspects of the
server that your web site runs on. They are responsible for security,
setting up new web sites, taking backups, and setting up new user accounts.
You need to ask the folks at Godaddy to do this for you.

| Thank you, I will pursue this again with them...they seemed to think this was
my issue with FP, not theirs. I appreciate all your help!
