frontpage extensions

| I have purchased Frontpage Extensions from my hosting site. The company says
they are set up already. However when i type my address in the remote website
properties it prompts for username and password, i put these in but it comes
up again, as if it wont accept the password or cannot connect to the site. I
have e-mailed my hosting company for advice (of which they are not very
forthcoming). Any help would be appreciated as i have not been able to update
my website for 3 days. I am quite new to this also, so please reccomend
anything you think i may have overlooked. Many Thanks.

| They sent me my password and user name, i just wondered if there would be any
reason why Frontpage would not connect to the web.
