A list of all the owsadmin.exe command line meanings?

Can someone give me a resource for the meaning of all the command
line parameters of owsadmin.exe? The --help parameter gives a list of
the options and some examples, but it doesn't show what the options
mean. Some of them such as the -u for useraccount is obvious, but some
are not obvious. I notice a -m and a -w which appear very similar.

I've searched the web for a description but can only find a few
examples.

Thanks in advance for any input on this matter.
