Front Page Extensions

| I am by no means an expert on frontpage but, I have built a new page that is
a feedback form.
1.) How do I get the feedback form to email the results?
2.) How do I get the server setpup to utilize the frontpage extensions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Windows 2k3 server using IIS6.0?
