Author form error - recalcute hyperlinks

Hi.

I am using Frontpage 2003.

Here is the page with the problem:
http://www.domainbourget.com/e-newsletter.htm (try the form).

My web hosting company tell me the following (quoted from their email):

"Last time this issue happened, we had to re-calculate the hyperlinks. It's
likely that this is all that is needed to resolve the issue. This is
something you should be able to do on your own using FrontPage. Here are the
instructions from the Frontpage help file.

Recalculate hyperlinks for a web or subweb This feature is available on webs
hosted by web servers running SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft or
FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 only.

On Tools menu, point to Server, and then click Administration Home.
On the Site Administration page, under Server Health, click Recalculate the
web.
Click Recalculate.
Note You do not need to recalculate hyperlinks for a web or subweb if all
your links are set up and maintained by SharePoint Team Services or Frontpage
2002. You need to recalculate hyperlinks only if you have set up some
hyperlinks manually." END OF THEIR EMAIL

I attempt to follow their instructions, but when I go to Tools menu, then
Server, I cannot select Server.

Also please note I have recalculated the hyperlinks by following Tools menu
> Reculating Hyperlinks... but this did solve the problem.

Please help.

You must open the remote web in FrontPage to recalculate hyperlinks.

Still having trouble...

I open the remote web site, so in frontpage I have the local web site
displaying on the left and the remote web site on the right. Is this correct?
If so, I can select Tools menu > recalculate hyperlinks...but this does not
solve the problem. OR I can select Tools menu > Server (as per my hosting
companies directions), but I cannot select server, it is not available.
