Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied

Hi all! I created a simple page with one field and I'm trying to email it but
when I click the submit button I get the following error: "Error 403.1 -
Forbidden: Execute access is denied.". I opened IIS and made sure that
Scripts and Executables are allowed but I'm still getting that message.
Any suggestions???

Is the forms to email transport for the FP server extensions on the remote
server properly enabled and configured for the web?
