Stefan - this is really helpful and many thanks - particularly helpful to
know that FP SE is often referred to as SharePoint Services - the message
makes some sense now! As I'm not familiar with the IIS MMC I wonder if you
would be kind enough to give me some further detail on how to open and apply
FPSE to the root web? (As this is obviously the step I've missed). Thank
you very much for your help.
