Author how do i publish a .tif file in frontpage 2003?

i converted a publisher 2003 file into a .tif file-how can i get frontpage
2003 to read the extension so i can publish it on my website?

FP will accept it as a file. However to view it in a browser (or view
in FP) the .tiff must be converted to a .gif, .jpg, or .png Support
for .png varies between browsers.

Use an image editor, such as Photoshop, PSP, Paint etc. to open the
..tiff, then save as .jpg.
Optimise for the web (size to fit the browser, and compromise between
maximum compression and quality - more compression=faster download)
Keep a copy of the .tiff, you may need it again.
