Redesign of guestbook

I'm using the standard guestbook from FP2003. Is it possible to:
1) change the design of the feed-back results? I would like to put the date
and time on the same line and change the format?

2) get rid of - or at least change the text and format on - the page that
occurs when people have pushed the 'submit' button in the guestbook?
