| Did you install the FP extensions from the Windows 2003 CD? If not then you need to remove the ones
you install, then uninstall IIS, reboot, install IIS and the FP extensions from the Windows 2003 CD.
The downloadable extensions are not compatibility with Windows 2003 Server.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

| Please define "upgraded to 2002". Where did you get the 2002 extensions?

Thank you for your time and efffort things got critical and I had to call
microsoft, the problem has been resolved, Information to pass on
There are two places that 2002 server extensions show up
1 ) add and remove programs
2) windows system components
If you have them showing up in both places remove the one from add and
remove programs then the one from the systems components, then re install
extension in the windows components under IIS Only
the problem with the submit configuration for the the SMPT server was that
we were running enhanced security for Internet explorer, this would not allow
the program to run correctly (removed)
This also fixes the ability to install the patch #KB908981
BIG PRAISE TO The Microsoft Support Team GOOD JOB
