I get two error messages 500 and 553. How do I fix them?

| I cannot publish because of these errors. What can I do to find and correct

| 553 often indicates an illegal filename - a filename containing
spaces, apostrophe, brackets or other non-alphanumeric characters the
server cannot handle in a folder or filename.
As Tom indicated, 500 is a generic server error.
