FrontPage Run-Time Component Page

| Hi folks,
I've just moved our external Website and Intranet from an old NT 4.0
server to a brand new server. It's running Windows Server 2003. I have
IIS installed and added 2002 FPSE. I've rebooted the server after
installation.
Everything is being published to the internal server from FP. The sites
are working properly for the most part. However, when trying to submit a
email form, we get the following:
==========
FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a
web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.
This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you
publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server
Extensions installed.
Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.
===========
We initially had problems publishing to the server also. It asked to use
http:// location instead of a directory location. For other reasons, I
uninstalled FPSE and reinstalled them and that seem to fix that problem.
I'm sure this is a common problem (as I've done a bit of Googling), but
I can't seem to find the right solution to get this working.
Thanks for any assistance,

Yes, that had been done. I'm getting further. We re-published the site
to the server as a 'web' and corrected some permissions that were
configured incorrectly. The forms now work, but we're still having an
issue or two accessing forms and changing email addresses on the forms
page. I'll get back with the final results.
Thanks for your reply.
