Frontpage extensions and code advice from server admin

I am trying to publish a form on a website, when i do I get a Frontpage
server extension error - after talking to the admin i was advised it is a
code error and the server has uptodate server extensions and to folow the
instructions listed at the link below.

I have followed the instructions and recreated the site and still get
similar errors?

Am I missing somthing.
