My Event Viewer is filled up with following Warnings...

There are about 34 warnings *every second* 
My Webserver is Windows 2003 Standard Edition with IIS 6.0
I tried searching Google and various forums and also checked
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...b;en-us;319305, but
that did not help. So, can some guru able to point me to the right
direction to fix this issue?
