| I have set up email transport according to the web help and following a
discussion with microsoft on the phone, I'm still getting the same error
message after submitting a form on my website. I told Microsoft about this
continuing error and they advised me to write a message here. Please, can
anyone help me sort this out once and for all

| the reason it duplicated 3 times was because it said there was an error, and
to try back later. The error message i'm getting is that when I try
submitting a form on my website, it says frontpage error, please contact
administrator.
As I have said, I've run this through a microsoft employee over the phone
and everything is set the way it should be.

| This error page usually only appears on a published web site if the site
has been FTPed to the server. You MUST use HTTP publishing to enable the
forms to function.
If you have used FTP, the extensions may have to be re-installed. Then
publish using HTTP.
Open the local copy of the site in FrontPage, and use File->Publish
Site/Web
Make sure that the publish to location is of the form http://example.com
(or http://www.example.com). In FP2003, use Remote Site Properties to
check the location. The http:// is very important.
Do not use FTP.

box come up when I click OK which says that the frontpage extensions may not
be installed on the server. Is the server the place I upload my site files
to and how do I install server extensions to that location. On the other
hand I may have the wring end of the stick. I appreciate any help you give.

may be able to install the extensions from there, otherwise ask your host
to install them.
The server is the place you upload your files to.
If your host does not support the extensions, then you need to find a
script to process the form, (asp, asp.net, php, Perl/cgi, etc.), again, ask
your host (or check their website) to see which scripting languages they
support, or if they have their own scripts you can use.

figure out why my host put me on a linux package instead of windows!
