Author Getting Error on Server When Trying to Post

FrontPage 2003. I setup a web site using the FP "Discussion Web Site
Wizard." I published the site to my Comcast web space and turned on the FP
Server Extensions on the Comcast account. However, when I try to post a new
topic to the discussion I get:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:

However, my web site is at http://home.comcast.net/~goodnewsministry/
Why is it looking at home.comcast.net/rmm_post.htm rather than
home.comcast.net/~goodnewsministry/rmm_post.htm?

How may I fix this problem? Thanks and God bless.

How did you publish the site to the server?

I published with FP 2003 specifying the "Frontpage or Sharepoint Services"
option from the publish dialog. The remote web site location I specified was
"https://home.comcast.net/~goodnewsministry"

Dear Thomas:

I used the "Discussion Web Site Wizard" to create this web site. However,
from what I am seeing and reading, this will not really work as I intended.
I want to have a threaded discussion site. When I set up the post form I
tell it to use a "Discussion Form Handler," but where is this handler to be
found? I have posted to the discussion a couple times, but nothing shows up
in the table of contents afterward. I suspect that the "Discussion Wbe Site
Wizard" does not really set up a functioning discussion site, at least as far
as I can see. Any help will be appreciated.

What happens when you publish to/or access the page via:

http://home.comcast.net/~goodnewsministry/

instead of

https://home.comcast.net/~goodnewsministry/

The FP extensions must be applies to port 443 in order for any FP run-time component to work under
SSL (port 443)

After recreating the discussion web site from scratch and republishing. I am
able to post and search. But my posts never show up in the contents screen.

Which URL are you using? You need to be able to access FP run-time component from the URL that you
published to.
