Author email form not working

My email form stopped handling after hitting the submit button . I added a
new website and shifted to using host headers to differentiate them. I get
the error page "You are not authorized to view this page". I've messed
around with security settings. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with
security around the "confirmation page"...it's something in server
extensions...I think. Help?

The FP extensions do not work well with host headers.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
