ASP problem running on a harddisk behind a router but not under any OS

We are using a router to host a web site but the router has no technical
support at all.

Could anybody tell me what i should do to solve the following error?

My user uses frontpage to create a form handling page and it involves asp

when he executes it as a web client, it says something like:

frontpage server extensions error

i used google to search for solution but no good results. how should i use a
router set up program to configure? Because only a hard disk is behind the
router but not a whole PC, i don't think i can install it onto the hard disk
directly.
