Feedback form is not sending data to the text file in Front Page

| Hello,
My feedback form on website (created with Front Page) is supposed to send
data to a text file, but it isn't. I am using Cox.net which has file server
extensions, so it should work. Do I need to like the file somehow? When I
open the text file in Private, there is nothing there, no data results. I
have tried the tutorials but none help. Thank you.
