I’ve followed all steps listed in the tutorial but when I try to send
ADT^03.txt it generates the following error in the event log:

Message has an invalid header, it could be due to error in 1st/2nd field or
the segment name is neither MSH nor FHS

ADT^03.txt was created by following the instruction in the tutorial. How
should I troubleshoot this problem? Thanks.

There are a number of typos in the tutorial. The "correct" way is installed
when at installation you chose to run the tutorial (instead of pressing the
Finish button). Or afterwards installed it using the tutorial exe file found
in the tutorial SDK folder (forgot its name)

The tutorial also describes using Visual Studio to create a project using
BTAHL7V2XCommon Project. However, this fails with the following error
message:

Could not find a part of the path "C\Documents and Settings\mdavis\My
Documents\Visual Studio Projects\BTAHL7V2XCommon Project\BTAHL7V2XCommon
Project1.btproj" ??

Any clues??
