I have been upgrading our architecture and moved to a 2-machine Biztalk
setup - one biztalk server and one SQL server. Installing the tracking and
BAM pieces became quite difficult so I opted out of installing them. I kept
getting the "provider not installed or configured wrong" error.

Can this piece be installed after-the-fact? If so, how?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

In BizTalk 2004, Bam Primary Import database always gets created. I suspect that you meant creating BamAnalysis Olap
databases. You will need the client installation of Sql Analysis Services 2000 to create the BamAnalysis databases.

There is no support for creating those databases after configuration.

Regards,
Derek
