Hi,

My Production BizTalk server was running well. I just noticed that the BAM
Bus is showing the following error message

"Error retrieving data from the heartbeat database"

It continues to say that the connection to the database is still active and
that something must be wrong with one of the BAM stored procedures.

I tried "google" this message with no success.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Filipe

Hi Filipe,

Did you resolve this issue? We just started seeing this issue on our
production BizTalk servers.

Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it?

Thanks,

Jason

Jason.

The problem fixed itself. The server reported the issue for a day or two and
then it the issue desapeared. It seems that is a self-correcting issue with
stored procedures that get executed.

This is again a lot undocumented functionality so i guess we will have to go
with it for now.

Sorry i couldn't be of much assistance on this one.
