FTPS or SFTP

Does MS has plan to have the above adapter for biztalk 2004 in the near
future? if yes, which one MS will choose? I heard IIS 7.0 will come with
FTPS. is it true?

If we want to implement secured FTP, what's your opinion about it - FTPS or
SFTP?
