Author Question about the HWS SDK

Hey I'am doing the BizTalk SDK HWS Sample.
But after I've done all the steps, and start the issuetracking file in
Infopath, I'am getting the follwing erros messages after i pressed sumbit
Could not send SOAP Request -2155666
Can't get new activity flow id
Can't find Assign
Submit Assign Issuce Action failed

Can someone please say me where I can find the error
