We had the same problem with the BOM characters getting added to the start of
the XML message. We installed the suggested Hotfix 840008 and it did not fix
our problem. We re-booted, re-built and re-deployed the orchestration but no
luck in fixing the problem. Do we have to deleted and re-build the send
pipeline?
