Author Licensing, requirements question

I am a little confused over the licensing and requirements for BizTalk 2004
Partner Edition. The licensing faq document from Microsoft states that
BizTalk 2004 PE comes with MSDE. Does this mean that BizTalk 2004 PE can be
used in production use with MSDE (ie. is the $1000 license fee all inclusive
of BizTalk and SQL Server)? Or does BizTalk 2004 PE require a separate SQL
Server license?

Thanks!

Just found a previous post that answered my question: BizTalk 2004 PE
includes a freebe version of SQL Server.
