Cannot access one or more MessageBox Databases
|

| From HAT, I select "Operations/Messages" on our new production system
and a dialog box says:
Cannot access one or more MessageBox Databases,
results from those database are omitted.
There is only one messagebox database on this system.
I am using the "Archived Data" on preference to be able to connect to our
Biztalk production from a remote machine.
Thanks,
Neal Walters

I was guessing in HAT, when you do Tools/Preferences, that "Archived Data"
was just really a way to specify an alternative connection string.
It you take HAT and your test system, and go to "Archived Data' on your
production system, what really happens? The "Show last 100 messages" seems
to work fine, but the reports under "Operations" seem to not work.
Thanks again,
Neal

| HAT can only work with one BizTalk Group at a time. You can point to an
archive database, or remote tracking database, but you can't make
Operations view in HAT to work against a BizTalk group that current box is
not member of.
To workaround this issue, you need to unconfigure your current box and join
another group.
