Send and Receive Handlers not being recognized

| In BizTalk Administration Console I click on my Adapters folder and click on
one of my handlers and get an error that says
"Cannot retrieve list of objects due to a WMI provider failure."
None of my Send or Receive handlers are being recognized. How do I fix this ?

Are you getting this error message from the same machine as the one on which
you installed BizTalk?

| Yes, I have a test server set up that has a local database installed along
with Visul Studio.net and the Hipaa EDI Accelerator and the HL7 Accelerator.
