XML Schema designer in Visual Studio.NET

| As a heavy user of the XML schema desginer in Visual Studio.NET 2003 I was a
bit disappointed when after installing BizTalk 2004, schemas would no longer
open in the graphical editor, but instead in BizTalks schema editor.
How do you rig VS.NET to open a schema in the built-in editor instead of
BizTalk's? (Hopefully not only by uninstalling BizTalk)

| If you right-click on an xsd file, and select "open with", you can choose
another application (e.g. XML Schema editor), and set the default "open"
option for the file type.
