What version of Visual Studio .NET is required for BizTalk 2004

What version of .NET do I need if I were to use BizTalk 2004. Currently we
have Visual Studio .NET 2002. Would this be a problem with BizTalk 2004?

I'm 99% sure that you need VS 2003. I also think that it is that version that
you get when you buy a license for it.

That is correct, you must use Visual Studio 2003 for Biztalk 2004.
