and consume the data in to the orchestration for processing?

You can setup an orchestration that gets strated by some simple means, web
service call, file drop etc. Then have a loop in the orchestration that has
delay shape in it for the period you want to wait. Within the loop, you can
call the web service and then send the response into the message box with a
direct port so that it can be consumed by other orchestrations or send
ports.
