Author Receive function does not work when share utilizes nt security

Hello,

I have a win2000 adv server running BizTalk2002 sp1. I
have a file receive function that is connecting to a file
share running win2000 srv. I can log on to the console
and manually map the shared drive (with full access to
the share). If I try to connect via the BizTalk receive
function (using the same credentials) the receive
function then disables itself and the transfer never
takes place. I even created a local user on the server
with the file share to match up with the local account
running the BizTalk service just as an extra step.

I receive the following error in the event log:

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

Details:
------------------------------
[0x8007052e] Logon failure: unknown user name or bad
password.

[0x190a] Unable to logon with the account (null). Make
sure that (null) has been granted "logon locally"
privilege on this server and that the BizTalk Server
account has "act as part of the operating system"
privilege.

[0x172d] The receive function "Production Test" has
experienced problems, it will be shut down and disabled.
Once these problems have been corrected, re-enable this
receive function in BizTalk Server Administration.

[0x1704] There was a failure processing the "Production
Test" receive function. Check your receive function
configuration in BizTalk Server Administration.

BizTalk does have the rights listed above, but is still
not working. When I open security to everyone, the
receive function works without issue.

In Addition, my production server is running win2003,
with BizTalk20002 sp1. When I duplicate the above process
utilizing the same share info and the same biztalk setup
(receive functions, channels, doc specs...), the BizTalk
service fails out right and is shut down. Besides that,
the only difference is that the receive function stays
enabled with the server failing.

Any info would help, I've searched these issues to death.

Thanks,
Greg
