Is it possible to CC someone on an email in Biztalk??

I have a message port that sends a file to one email
address but it needs to be sent to another one also.

mailto:x@x.com;y@y.com;

throws an error saying that the server does not support
relaying.

As someone else has noted, this sounds more like a SMTP-error. In case
BizTalk does not support multiple emailaddresses, a workaround would
be a distributionlist with a port for each emailaddress.
