Blank Warning message when accessing Document Tracking in Channel
|

| Hello,
I am running BT 2002 with SP1. I have BT install on a stand-alone
machine and my sql2000 DB on separate machine. I am getting a blank
warning when I try to access the document tracking within the Channel.
The blank warning message has an OK button that allows me to proceed
to the page where I pick which fields I want to track, but there
aren't any fields in the specification fields selection list. I have
this problem when accessing the Global Document Tracking within the
Document Definitions as well. Has anyone seen this issue before? If
so, can you please let me know the solution or where I might be able
to find the solution. Thanks.
