The following error was encountered and the receive
function disabled after regression testing activity
(copied all files from testtrans folder into 424
HIPAA/NewBatch folder)

We have been getting a error in runtime for a receive
function being shut down by BIOS. Here is what it says.

An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

Details:
------------------------------
[0x80070038] The network BIOS command limit has been
reached.

[0x172d] The receive function "RSN424" has experienced
problems, it will be shut down and disabled. Once these
problems have been corrected, re-enable this receive
function in BizTalk Server Administration.

[0x1704] There was a failure processing the "RSN424"
receive function. Check your receive function
configuration in BizTalk Server Administration.

If anyone has had this happend to them also, or know of
any way to resolve this issue, please let us know.

Does anyone know what the maximum values for MaxCmds and
MaxMpxCt Should be? I placed these two values into the
registry with over 200 as HEX. The Biztalk still failed
with the same error on the BIOS. The locations where at:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentContro
lSet\Services\lanma
nserver\parameters]

and

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentContro
lSet\Services\lanma
nworkstation\parameters]
