We have installed BizTalk Server 2002 for a client, and things have been
working fine. Today I was notified that a partner was unable to send to the
BTS Server. I opened BizTalk Server Administrator on the client's BTS
server and when I clicked on the + in front of the server name I got a
message that says:

Instances of MicrosoftBizTalkServer_Group cannot be enumerated: Provider
load failure

I then tried right-clicking on the server name and choosing properties.
This time I got a message that says:

The
\\HBIZTALK\Root\MicrosoftBizTalkServer:M
icrosoftBizTalkServer_MgmtDB.LocalSe
rver="HBIZTALK" class instance cannot be obtained from the BizTalk Server
WMI provider: Provider load failure

I decided to try to reinstall SP1, but it fails with a message saying that
it is unable to create the directory e:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk
Server.

Anyone have any clue as to what is going on?

Thanks.

Guinn
