Is there a good way to know which transactions are what
when I wish to edit one. We are receiving 2 transactions,
going to 3 seperate apps in BTS. If I want to edit one of
the two inbound documents, say one out of the three for
that document, how do I know which one I want without
knowing which app it is for. Just selecting one brings up
the next few screens but the app selection is set at the
default. Is it safe to go into Messenging manager and
change it there?
