| For example all the receive ports and send ports that you
create manually in a development enviroment I would like
to create them in a production enviroment but not
manually, maybe restoring them from a saved file.

| Have you looked at using Deployment wizard and choose "Export Biztalk
assembly binding to file". That gives you the port and other bindings with
an orchestration in XML format.
