Hi,
we have a problem to start the document tracking with the error
messege
„Session has expired. Please close this window and click on the Query
button again."

I finded out that there could be a bug with BTS SP1 but the
description is inconsistent:

I am confused now and would like to know if the bug is for BTS 2000
SP1 or for BTS 2002 SP1.

Could anyone tell me how to solve it?
