Double check your recieve url. try copying and pasting it
into the browser uri and see if it is really correct.

Make sure if you are running on XP or Windows 2000 that the identity for
ASP.Net is in the isolated host users group (this would be the aspnet
account by default). On 2003, make sure the identity of your IIS
application pool is a member.
