Upgrading BTS 2002 Standard to Enterprise version

Hey guys,

Do any of you guys know if there are any major concerns
with upgrading Standard version of Biztalk 2002 to
Enterprise version? This upgrade would take place on the
same server, I am hoping that this will be painless but
are there any issues that some of you may have run into in
doing this type of an upgrade?
